Spent two seperate days fishing the semi specimen Oak lake at Gabriels, if you catch an 18lb+ here you can go on to fish the specimen lake.... First day only two ppl on the lake caught and I wasn't one, although I did lose a big fish in the snags. All day I only had three bites though???
So thinking it must be the weather or something, I went back yesterday and this time I couldn't even get a bite let alone a fish, again lots of people blanking.... I can't see me rushing back here... the lakes are really well laid out, it looks a fantastic site but i'm not sure that there really are all that many fish in it..
