- What type of fishing do you most prefer?
- Any really. Am really into carp fishing at the moment but you can't beat a stretch of river spinning for predators.
- What is your favourite species?
- Carp, Pike, Perch, Tench, Zander (in no particular order)
- About Me:
- I have just got back into fishing after a 15 year absence. Still learning the basics again but as you can see from my picture not doing too bad to start with. Will try my hand at catching anything whether its carp, predators or silverfish though I wouldn't mind giving barbel a try. My heroes are anyone that knows what they are talking about and can catch fish, Matt Hayes, John Wilson, Mick Brown, er Flipper.

My first overnight session of the year. Just got back into fishing so trying out all sorts of new gear ie bivvy, bedchair, sleeping bag etc.
I went with four friends who have all been fishing for donkeys years and are mad carpers. Then there was me, back into fishing six months ago after 15 years out.
One fish was caught between all of us during the entire session, happily by me. What made it even better was I smashed my PB. A lovely dark bronze common weighing 12lb 10oz (previous best 7lb). T… Continue
