Share 'Enviroment agency: no change to two rod rule! THIS MUST CHANGE!'

Its about time the Envioment agency changed its max 2 rods per licence, to accomadate the new culture of 3 rod anglers. For a long time now anglers fishing with three rods have had to pay the full price for a second licence.
