while fishing a canal in birmingham i landed 2 ruffe.
is this out of the ordinary as i have never come across them before,
are they common in british waterways?

greetings ,i have just joined and wanted to say hello to all.
i live in birmingham and fish for pike and perch.
does anybody know of a good water in the birmingham area for either species as i moved here about a year ago
and have not found a sutable venue to fish.
