If you caught a Carp and then when you weighed it, it went 19.15oz would you call it a 20 or not?

I've known anglers who were desperate to get a twenty gain more respect calling it how it is, than if they had just called it. What's the point any way, you know in your heart it's not, so why call it.
What would you do?

Personally I wouldn't as doing that'd take away the feelgood factor when I do catch a 20+... I have a knack of catching 16, 17 and 18s... and I've had a few 30s but I've never had a 20lb Carp, not yet anyway... I've had a few close to the net but the other thing i'm good at is losing a fair few too.... i'm not so fussy with the odd ounce or two except when it's the difference between the magical barriers 20, 30 and 40.... or if it was in a competition.... but I do know people who add more than a couple of ounces and I have one friend who catches pb's at night and doesn't shout out or take pics.... I've invited him to join so maybe he'll add a comment... hehehe

If it's a 19.15 it's not a 20. Only person you'd be cheating would be yourself. Personally I'd call both a nuisance fish being a piker! lol
