Enviroment agency: no change to two rod rule! THIS MUST CHANGE!
Its about time the Envioment agency changed its max 2 rods per licence, to accomadate the new culture of 3 rod anglers.
For a long time now anglers fishing with three rods have had to pay the full price for a second licence.
"It would take an act of parliment amendment of the salmon and freshwater fisheries act,to change the law to acccomadate the new three rod culture".
So give me your views on this, if i get enough positive feedback i will write a petition up and submit it and post the url on here for you to sign.........TIMES CHANGE...SO SHOULD LAWS!

I agree the 2 rod per licence is old and outdated and should be changed. As a spicimen hunter i fish with only two rods as i refuse to pay for another licence. If the enviroment agency decides to stick to the 2 rod rule at least have a third rod as a optional extra.
